Terms and Conditions of Use
The rules for using the website and apps. Read the summary and open each part when you need it.
In short
- The Network is a social network: it is not a broker and does not recommend investments.
- Trading carries a risk of loss. Past results do not guarantee the future.

- Published analyses are locked: they cannot be edited or deleted.
- Ages 13 to 17 only with a guardian's authorisation. Under 13, no.
- Scams, promises of profit and selling signals lead to a ban and a report to the authorities.
- Your content is yours. You decide what appears in your Journal and Calendar.
- Prohibited: religion, politics, offending other users and any form of racism or discrimination.
1.Who we are and acceptance
The social network Social Network Trader is operated by [COMPANY NAME], registered under number [COMPANY NUMBER / VAT], with its registered office at [ADDRESS], contact [CONTACT EMAIL].
By creating an account, signing in or using the Network through the website or the Android and iOS apps, you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Community Rules and the Risk Warning.
These Terms are available in Portuguese (Brazil), English (US and UK), Spanish, French, German and Italian. If the versions differ, the Portuguese version prevails, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
2.Definitions
User: anyone with an account. Youth mode: an account for ages 13 to 17 linked to a parent or guardian. Connected account: an MT4 or MT5 account linked with the investor password, read-only.
Verified record: data read from the connected account. Manual record: data entered by the user. Locked analysis: an analysis that cannot be edited or deleted. Journal: customisable profile page. Verified creator: a user authorised to sell courses.
3.Who can use the Network
18 or older: full access, including MT4/MT5 connection, rankings and selling courses for verified creators.
13 to 17 (youth mode): the account is only activated after a parent or guardian authorises it and links it to their own. No broker connection, no personalised advertising, private profile by default, messages only from people the young person follows and no results rankings.
Children under 13 cannot create an account. The minimum age may be higher depending on the country, and the Network applies the most protective rule. The age of the user and of the guardian is confirmed by a verification partner, without storing document photos.
4.Account and security
Provide truthful information. Each person may have one personal account. Fake accounts or accounts impersonating someone else are prohibited.
You are responsible for your password and for what is done with your account. We recommend two-step verification.
The Network never asks for your password, your main broker password, verification codes or money. Any such request is a scam.
5.Development version (beta)
The Network is under development, from a trader for traders, made with AI by a human, for humans. Features may change, go offline or contain errors.
The final name will be chosen by the community. Until then, the Network uses the "?" symbol.
6.What the Network is, and what it is not
The Network is a social network for sharing analyses, results and learning about the financial markets. Using the Network is free and will always remain free: there is no paid plan to create an account, post, chat or join communities. Paid courses are sold by verified creators, and buying them is optional.
The Network is not a broker, bank, asset manager, advisory firm or research house. It does not execute orders, does not make investment recommendations and does not offer automatic copy trading.
7.Risk warning
Trading in the financial markets, especially with leverage, involves a high risk of loss, including the loss of all your capital.
Past results, including those verified through MT4/MT5, do not guarantee future results. Trading decisions and their results belong to the person who trades.
8.Connected accounts and origin of records
The MT4/MT5 connection is optional and uses only the investor password, which cannot trade or move money.
MT4/MT5 records cannot be changed. They are shown as "Recorded by MT4/MT5" and cannot be edited or deleted by anyone. You can only add a note.
Manual records are shown as "Recorded manually", are not verified and can be edited by you. It is prohibited to enter false manual records or to use them to hide verified records.
9.Locked analyses and TradingView
When you publish an analysis, the Network records the date, time and price. After that, the text, plan and image cannot be edited or deleted by the author, who can only add time-stamped updates.
The Network keeps a copy of the TradingView snapshot at the time of publication. The shared chart opens on TradingView. The Network is not affiliated with TradingView.
Trades on the same asset opened after publication may be linked to the analysis, which then shows whether it was confirmed or invalidated.
10.Profile, Journal and Calendar
You build your own Journal: you choose the blocks, their order, the bio, photo, cover and background colour. Customisation may not contain illegal or misleading content, promises of profit or imitation of brands.
Every profile has a Calendar tab showing the result and trades of each day, with the origin of each record. You decide whether it appears in your Journal and whether it is public.
You choose which of your results are shown. The cash balance is hidden by default.
11.Posts, messages and communities
You can follow and unfollow profiles. Following the official profile is optional.
The "Bullish" and "Bearish" reactions are opinions about the content, not buy or sell signals.
Direct messages follow each person's privacy settings and can be blocked and reported. Communities may have live chat with slow mode and other safeguards. Each user is responsible for what they post.
A community's name, description, category and images must follow these rules: they may not deal with politics, religion or sexual content; may not offend, discriminate or incite hatred (including racism); may not promise profits, sell signals or promote scams; and may not use third-party brands, names or images without permission. When choosing the "Other" category, the name you type follows the same rules. The Network may refuse, rename, hide or delete communities and categories that breach these Terms, and the responsible account may face the measures described in "What happens to those who break the rules".
12.Chat, groups, stories and account security
Group chats have 3 to 50 people. Whoever creates the group chooses the name (which follows the same rules as community names) and can add people; any member can leave at any time. Minors can only join groups created by people they follow.
Photos, videos, voice messages and posts sent in chat are the sender's responsibility and follow the Community Rules. Sending third-party content without permission, scams, paid signals or sexual material is prohibited.
Stories stay up for 24 hours. PiP uses both of the device's cameras in sequence and Boomerang records a short looping clip: only use them with people who agree to appear.
The "online" indicator shows when you have the website or app open. You can turn it off in Settings.
You are responsible for keeping your password secret. We recommend turning on two-step verification and checking your signed-in devices in Settings › Security. If you lose access to your authenticator app, recovery requires identity confirmation.
New chat messages (texts, photos, videos and voice messages) are end-to-end encrypted: only the people in the conversation can read them, not even the Network's team. To open your chats on another device, you create a 6-digit PIN.
The Network does not store your PIN and cannot recover it. If you forget it or enter it wrong 10 times, you can create a new one, but encrypted messages you already received can no longer be read. Messages sent before encryption stay as they were.
13.Lives (live streaming)
Who can go live: on a profile, only verified profiles; in a community, the owner and the members they allow. You must be 18 or older with an active account. Only signed-in members can watch; in a private community, only its members.
Each live lasts at most 2 hours and ends automatically. In communities you can also stream from OBS with a personal key, which must not be shared.
All Network rules apply: no profit promises, selling signals or account management, politics or religion, offending, discriminating, sexual, violent or illegal content, and no streaming of third-party content without permission or of people who haven't agreed to appear.
The streamer and community moderators can delete comments and end the live. The Network admin can end any live immediately and turn lives off temporarily. Breaches may lead to the measures in "What happens to people who break the rules".
Lives are not recorded by the Network. Viewers may not record or redistribute a live without the streamer's permission.
14.Courses
The course marketplace: any adult with an active account (and, in a community, the owner and moderators) can publish free courses. Every course is approved by the Network's sales team before it appears, and changes to published courses are reviewed too. The team may decline, suspend or remove courses that break these rules. Courses that recommend assets require the Analyst badge and are for over-18s only. Enrolled students can review a course; anyone can report it. Lesson videos and materials belong to the author and may not be copied or redistributed.
Any adult and any community can share free courses. Only verified creators (identity, tax details and, if assets are recommended, the licence required in their country) can sell courses.
Courses are educational. Selling signals, account management, copy trading or promises of profit is prohibited.
A purchase is a contract between student and creator. The Network processes the payment and keeps a fee. The student may withdraw within the period set by the law of their country: 7 days in Brazil and 14 days in the European Union, except for legal exceptions.
15.Prohibited conduct
Scams and fraud; promising profits; asking for money, passwords or account access; selling signals without a licence; faking results; fake accounts; manipulating reactions, votes or rankings; harassment and discrimination; sexual, violent or illegal content; spam; bypassing age verification or attacking the systems.
To keep the Network focused on trading and safe for everyone, it is also prohibited to: (a) post about or discuss religion and politics, in posts, comments, messages, chats, communities or courses; (b) offend, humiliate, threaten or harass another user; (c) any racist content or content that discriminates by race, colour, ethnicity, origin, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or age, including "jokes", symbols and nicknames.
Such content is removed and may lead to suspension or a ban, under clause 14. Discrimination and threats may also be reported to the authorities. [review: scope of the ban on politics and religion]
16.What happens to those who break the rules
Depending on severity: content removal, feature restrictions, suspension or a permanent ban.
Scams, fraud and possible crimes are reported to the authorities, and the Network cooperates with investigations within the law. Banned users may not create another account.
17.Reports, decisions and appeals
Anyone can report. The identity of the person reporting is not revealed.
When the Network removes or restricts something, it gives the reason. The user may appeal within [DEADLINE] days.
You can report posts, analyses, comments, stories and chat messages from each one's menu. Reasons: scam or fraud, promise of profit, insult or harassment, racism or discrimination, politics or religion, third-party content, spam and others, with optional details.
Reports go to the Network's moderators. Each post, comment or story has one open report at a time; further reports on the same content count as already received. A reported story is kept until the decision, even after it expires.
Chat messages are encrypted and the Network cannot read them. When you report a message, your device sends up to 20 messages from that conversation, ending with the reported one, unencrypted to the moderators. Only those messages are seen, and only by the moderators.
Possible decisions: dismiss the report, keep the content, remove it, warn, suspend or ban the account, as described in "What happens to those who break the rules". The reporter is notified when the report is reviewed, without details about the other person.
False reports, repeated reports without reason or reports used to harass someone also break these Terms.
18.Official profile, AI translation and the name vote
The official "?" profile shows the number of registered users in real time, in aggregate form.
Automatic AI translations are always labelled, may contain errors and let you see the original.
Voting for or suggesting names does not give any payment or rights over the name. Badges have no monetary value. Suggestions sent may be used freely by the Network.
19.Intellectual property
Your content remains yours. By posting, you grant the Network a free, non-exclusive licence to display, translate and distribute that content within the Network.
The brand, the "?" logo and the software belong to [COMPANY NAME].
20.Privacy and your data
Data is handled under the Privacy Policy, in line with the LGPD, the GDPR and applicable laws. In Settings you can download, correct or delete your data. Minors' data has reinforced protection.
21.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Network is not liable for trading losses, decisions based on user content, third-party fraud or failures of brokers, MetaTrader, TradingView or payment providers.
This does not affect consumer rights or the Network's liability for its own acts.
22.Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time. Locked analyses may be anonymised instead of deleted. The Network may close accounts in the cases set out in these Terms.
23.Changes to these Terms
Important changes are announced in the app and by email [DEADLINE] days in advance.
Important changes to these Terms or to the Privacy Policy are announced by email to all users and in the app, at least [DEADLINE] days in advance. These notices are mandatory and are sent even to those who turned off the newsletter.
24.Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of [OPERATOR'S COUNTRY]. Consumers keep the rights and the jurisdiction of the country where they live.
25.Contact
[CONTACT EMAIL] · Data Protection Officer (DPO): [NAME AND EMAIL].
26.Annex I · Verified profile
The badge confirms that the account belongs to the person it claims to be and, for the Verified trader, that the history comes from a real connected account. The badge is not an endorsement by the Network and does not guarantee results.
Types: Verified trader (identity + MT4/MT5 connected for 90 days and 50 recorded trades); Influencer for free courses (identity + complete profile); Verified creator to sell courses (identity + tax and bank details); Licensed analyst (professional registration, such as CNPI).
General requirements: 18 or older, authentic and single account, public and complete profile, activity in the last 30 days, two-step verification and no serious sanction in 6 months.
Identity is confirmed with an official document and a live selfie by the verification partner. The Network only receives the result and the legal name.
Each request is reviewed by an administrator, who approves, rejects or asks for more information within [DEADLINE] business days. Rejections state the reason and can be resubmitted after 30 days.
Badge holders may not sell the badge or hand over the account, must disclose paid partnerships and follow the rules more strictly. Changing the @ requires a new review. Badges are reviewed once a year.
The badge may be removed for false information, scams, promising profits, selling signals, selling the account or serious violations. Verification is free: any offer of a paid badge is a scam.
